February Chapter Meeting

In our busy world, our brains are filled with endless chatter. It can be draining and exhausting. Mindfulness has become a buzzword in recent years as many people want to find a "pause" away from the chatter. But, what exactly is mindfulness? How does it work for busy professionals?

How can I use mindfulness to transform my learning initiatives into mindful successes, instead of mindless data-dumps? Is my training adding to the chatter or helping to reduce it? How do I use mindfulness to help my learners get more meaning from my initiatives? Join us on February 9th for our lunchtime program from 11:30am – 1:30pm to learn more.
