Details:  This is an immersive and collaborative study series that supports ATD certification (CPTD & APTD) candidates and those who are looking to assess their gaps and begin preparation for future consideration. Please note that the series will follow the CPTD study group guidelines and prep guide.

Making the commitment to test is not a requirement to join this series.

Both certifications, the APTD and the CPTD, are grounded in ATD Talent Development Capability Model. The Capability model encompasses three domains of practice that outline the personal, professional, and organizational capabilities required for talent development professionals to be successful in the field.

Certification testing is weighted in each of these core capabilities. The study prep series will follow a recommended study guide based on CPTD weighting of topics.

$65 for the full program – You'll be invited to a blended-learning portal with self-study assignments, additional reference content, weekly recordings, and shared study resources for 12 months. . Weekly live sessions will be led by an accredited facilitator.  

We strongly recommend purchasing the ATD Body of Knowledge TDBoK™ as a study companion. The specific sections highlighted in the study guide reference specific sections of the TDBoK™. The TDBoK™ will be free online for ATD members. This is not the only resource for prep.

If you register for the Study Series ($65), you do NOT need to sign up for any of the individual sessions.
