Stories of Resilience: Leveraging the Leadership Lessons of 2020

    Program Description:

2020 was a year of unprecedented challenges: businesses were disrupted, families were forced to figure out how to ‘do’ virtual work and home school simultaneously, work teams had to innovate to stay connected, and we did not know when or how it would ever end. Yet, we leaned into the challenges and did things we might never have thought possible.  As we begin to see a bit of light at the end of the tunnel, it is important to take time out to reflect and evaluate what we learned, to mine the details from our stories that can serve us in the future. What leadership skills did we learn along the way? Which ones can we take with us that will help serve us and our work teams in 2021 and beyond?

This interactive session will feature a panel of professionals sharing stories of ‘lessons learned’ as well as breakout group guided discussions to help participants ‘name and claim’ their own leadership skill sets that they can leverage to lead others as well as themselves in times of change and uncertainty.
