Join us for a virtual learning event: Proving Value in Learning and Development!

Most companies recognize the need for training and development.  They want to invest in their talent; but how much? How do companies know the value they are getting from their investment?  While some skills are easily measured, others are much harder to prove a strong ROI. The good news? There are many ways to evaluate the impact of training.  Join us for a session focused on how to capture the impact of a training experience and to prove a positive business impact.

 Learning Objectives:

  • Identify four distinct types of training impact measurement
  • Determine qualitative and quantitative measures for results
  • Connect training outcomes to business outcomes
