Details

Support ATD certification candidates with test study preparation and practitioners who are interested in developing their talent development capabilities, knowledge and skills through facilitated classes, coaching, peer support and ATD resources. Testing for ATD certification is not a requirement.

What to expect

Each session will include a presentation on the topic by credentialed facilitators (CPTD) and time for study, peer discussion and practice questions, focused on scenario-based application. 

• Building Personal Capability: capabilities that derive from interpersonal skills
• Developing Professional Capability: capabilities that come from building professional knowledge related to developing people and helping them learn
• Impacting Organizational Capability: capabilities that affect an organization’s ability to drive toward results and mission success.

This package is a series of 12 classes and study sessions, designed for professional development and ATD certification preparation. You may purchase the sessions individually, or as a package. Individual sessions can be purchased through our Events page. Register for this package if you would like to attend all of the sessions.

• $100 for the full program (12 sessions) ($192 non-member)
