September Chapter Meeting

Do you believe that competent communication is more of an art than a science? You might be surprised to learn how much influence the brain structure and processes have on communication, as well as how much social science has been able to document about human interaction.

Join Laura Janusik for a 1-hour introductory training in Social Intelligence. This training will delve into the brain’s make-up and how it affects yours and others’ communication. You’ll learn evidence-based strategies to increase the probability that your message will be understood by others, and that you’ll understand other’s messages.
