Lori Eshelman is a Director of Enterprise Learning Solutions at Degreed. Lori holds a JD/MBA and has over 15 years of Human Capital experience with a focus on Corporate Learning and Development. She has assisted Fortune 500 companies across multiple industries in the development and execution of learning strategy and programs. Prior to joining Degreed, Lori spent several years as a Manager at Deloitte Consulting, overseeing Bersin by Deloitte’s business in the Latin America and US Markets. Lori also worked as an HR Practice Director for the Corporate Executive Board (CEB) where she cultivated high-level strategic partnerships with leading organizations across the globe, focusing on employee improvement at all levels while leading with insight to deliver bottom line results.
