The conference kicks off with a keynote address by Brandon Carson. He is the Director of Learning at The Home Depot, learning strategist, keynote speaker, and best-selling author. His latest book, Learning in the Age of Immediacy: 5 Factors for How We Connect, Communicate and Get Work Done, explores how today's digital transformation is affecting workplace performance.
