This session explores the idea that Leadership Development programs should be built on the cultural foundation of a company to partner with the business for real results. Too many times, Leadership Development programs are created separate from the rest of the business’ communications, cultural initiatives, strategic plans, and business metrics. They are ran as a complimentary program, and many times, those selected for the program are also involved with all of the aforementioned business aspects. What if there was a way to connect a diverse group of leaders with a mechanism to truly make an impact on the future of their business? It’d be more than a Tiger Team… it would be part of the organization’s structure.

In this session, we will explore how businesses would evaluate the success of their current leadership development programs, plan to integrate them further with their business, and then track metrics to share their impact on the bottom line. We walk through the ADDIE process, while challenging more “old-school” Leadership Development thinking.
