Get Effective, Sustainable Performance Improvement

How often do we embark on a performance improvement effort with great excitement? Yet, after several weeks or months nothing has changed – no improvement. What happened?

Attend this interactive session where you will learn how organizations are led down the road to ineffective improvement attempts and then discover six paths to real sustainable performance improvement that is aligned with organization goals. These paths include identifying performance gaps, determining what you must do to close these gaps, making certain your solution is justified, and then ensuring that associates impacted actually close the gap. Participants will receive access to an instrument to determine how effective their improvement efforts are and where in their processes there are problems. Through a short case study, participants will find out how to assess the impact on performance and will then learn how to apply and use the six paths to obtain real, sustainable aligned performance improvement.

  1. Access to an instrument to determine how effective their performance improvement efforts are and where there are challenges with their processes.
  2. A six path plan job aid to insure their organizations only do sustainable and cost effective efforts that do provide for performance improvements
  3. How to insure their performance improvement efforts are aligned with organizational goals.
  4. Methods to develop impactful relationships with all stakeholders - especially senior management.
