Mark your calendar now to join us virtually September 29 and 30 from 8:30 am to 12 noon. Our first of its kind virtual Fall Conference will include everything you expect from our traditional live conference and so much more!

You won’t want to miss out on the KC area’s largest talent development event that will undoubtedly provide a great line up of speakers from around the country bringing you the latest in trends and tools for engaging learners.

Join your talent development colleagues – instructional designers, training practitioners, and consultants - from across the greater Kansas City area and beyond to engage in learning and networking.

This year’s keynote speakers include:

  • Mayor Quinton Lucas, City of Kansas City, Missouri, who will speak on leadership, overcoming change and community innovation.
  • Greg Warman, Co-Founder of Experience Point, who will challenge us to explore the five mindsets of great innovation leaders and gain best practices to enhance your work in a highly interactive format.

Hosted by our online production partners at Training Umbrella, the ATDKC Fall Conference will broaden and deepen your awareness of talent development innovations amidst tremendous change! In challenging times like these, it’s important to keep learning and growing so we can address what the future will bring.
