About the Speakers:
Jana Meyers is the Manager of Talent Development at H&R Block. Her passion is for growing courageous leaders and helping each person find the leader within themselves. Her team provides leadership and professional learning experiences for all levels of the organization. She has spent the last 25 years in the financial services industry, with roles in insurance, commercial real estate, inside sales, investments and tax services.
Chris Arnold has been part of the learning and leadership development field for over 25 years, partnering in telecommunications, financial services, health care and legal services industries. Chris’s primary focus is to help talent actualize the potential in themselves and provide skills for leaders to do so with others. He specializes in identifying and cultivating strengths, connecting them to measurable results and educating leaders how to do the same with their talent.
Cindy Pollock has 25 years of experience in the training, talent development, and instructional design arena. She has done instructional design for many different industries and organizations including those in telecommunications, satellite television, insurance, wireless phone, and public seminars. Talent development is her passion, and she loves helping managers become leaders and associates reach their full potential.
