May Chapter Meeting:

How to Build a Community-Based Learning Strategy

Program Description:

Over the last several years, we've shifted our learning strategies dramatically to meet changing work environments. As we embrace a hybrid and remote-first workplace, the need for connection continues to grow. In this interactive session, we will discover how to integrate a community-based learning strategy into your learning and development initiatives.

Learning Objectives for this program:

  • Identify which types of learning strategies can adapt to a community-based style.

  • Create intentional engagement points for your learners through your community-based learning programs.

  • Learn new methods and ideas for integrating community-based learning into your new and existing programs.
