Exploring the Daily Struggles of the Modern Workplace
The modern workplace is full of exciting opportunities and nerve-wracking challenges. As we steer our way through meetings, deadlines, targets, and expectations (many of them, implicit), it is easy to lose cadence and clarity around what matters to you, what makes you successful and where you add most value to your company’s mission.
This session is a short exercise (in group setting) to reflect on your recent work life (past few months) and find the areas that are bothering you the most, your top daily struggles that are hurdles/hold-backs to your professional growth.
Learning Objectives for this program:
- Operational Excellence has the idiom, “What we can measure, we can improve”, and the objective of this session is to identify what to measure so you can keep engaging, growing and thriving at work.
