Trust in the Workplace: What Builds it & What Destroys it

Program Description

Trust has been defined as having mutual confidence that neither party in a relationship will intentionally exploit the others’ vulnerabilities. This session will focus on the Team Trust Index™, a tool that measures workplace trust on four dimensions:

  1. Collaboration Trust or trust of intent
  2. Communication Trust or trust of disclosure
  3. Commitment Trust or trust of character
  4. Competence Trust or trust of capabilities

Workshop participants will analyze a brief case study based on the four dimensions of trust. Then their findings will be shared and discussed in the large group.
