Program Description
This session is designed to equip leaders as they design, build, and deliver impactful in-person presentations to create connection with audiences of all sizes. A combination of demonstration, knowledge sharing, and facilitated practice brings the learning to life in a safe and supportive environment. As a result, participants will improve the flow of their presentations and communicate their ideas more effectively - all while projecting expertise, confidence, and professionalism.

Speaker Information
Erin Fajen serves as a leadership advisor and master facilitator specializing in Everything DiSC®. She has enjoyed a career dedicated to helping leaders discover what fills their bucket - and what drains it - so they can let go of the chaos and enjoy their work. Erin believes personal insight and reflection are the first steps in leading your team to greatness. That is why she founded On the Up, to help companies develop emotionally intelligent leaders who bring out the best in themselves and their people.
Erin draws from over 20 years of leadership development, management development, and change management experience. A Kansas City native - she is a well-rounded product of having studied, worked, or lived in Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and Australia. Erin’s life is powered by coffee and filled with the joys of motherhood. She enjoys conversations about living slowly in a fast world, simplifying, and seeing the ocean on her birthday.
Mary Messner is a professional speaker, an advocate for women and girls, and a mother to two young daughters. She dedicates her career to approaching challenges with creativity, refusing to accept the status quo, and leading with a determination to grow others. Mary's speaking business, Mary Messner, partners with organizations of all sizes and industries. She is committed to creating a workplace culture where women are recognized and celebrated for their authentic and powerful abilities.
Her speaking engagements and workshops provide tangible strategies that demonstrate how to empower women in the workplace. Mary brings her corporate, non-profit, and small business experience to each interaction with the goal of creating meaningful connections with her clients and audience.
