Speaker Information
Amy Swaminathan, CPTD, is a true champion for intentional career growth and impact through ongoing professional development and learning from others. Her corporate learning experience in the Kansas City area over a few decades has developed her skills, experience, and a resilient career contributing to employee and leadership development in the role of facilitator, instructional design, and organizational development. She has been with Terracon since 2018 and has responsibility for key leadership programs tied to the company’s strategic plan and “Best at People” vision.
Amy earned her Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) credentials from ATD in 2019 and continues to challenge her mindset and skillset through continuous learning when it comes to by engaging in ATD on a national and local level. She’s been an active ATD member since 2014 and has served in several ATDKC BOD roles (VP of Membership and President in 2020). She served on a national ATD team, Planning Advisory Committee (PAC), to help plan the ATD leadership conference (ATD ALC) in 2021.
