Leadership Special Interest Group (SIG)

Preparing Future-Ready New Managers

Program Description

First time managers often promote into a leadership without capabilities to be effective. In this interactive session, we will explore common gaps, the impact on your company’s future readiness, and share development strategies you are exploring or implementing.

There is no speaker or panel. All participants will be a part of a guided discussion that is moderated and timed to ensure lots of time to share with each other. There will be small group breakout sessions.
