Program Description
How can leaders help employees avoid burnout? In an environment of “quiet quitting” and remote work, how can leaders create teams and environments that avoid burnout?
In this interactive session, we will explore the source of our own burnout and share with others to increase awareness. We will talk about the signs of burnout (self and others) and how we can explore the correlation between employee impact and reducing burnout.
There is no speaker or panel. All participants will be a part of a guided discussion that is moderated and timed to ensure lots of time to share with each other. There will be small group breakout sessions.
