Since 2008, Rachel has worked with organizations to create transformational learning experiences. It all began when researching online learning as part of her first Master's degree at University of Central Arkansas. That's when she became hooked on understanding how people want to learn. During her second master's in Instructional Design and Technology from Southern New Hampshire University she had a breakthrough. The secret to successful training is to help the learner transform. Rachel specializes in working with L&D leaders to create transformational learning experiences. She is the owner of RAS Personalized Solutions, the founder of the Emerging Leaders in L&D group, and the winner of the ATD KC 2023 Visionary Award. When she's not exploring the ways people learn, you can find her traveling with her family and singing in karaoke bars.
John is a Learning & Development Specialist for Country Club Bank. He is also the owner of Vital Training Solutions, a company that specializes in CPR training. He has been a learning and development professional for 10 years. He has been a member of ATD, off and on, for about 5 years. He enjoys facilitation and forging relationships with business partners. His interest in learning and development began when he was working with EMT students as a lab instructor, teaching them to pass their state exams. In his spare time, John enjoys golfing, fishing and spending time with his wife and three children. |
