November Chapter Meeting
Partnering with AI:
Navigating the Human Side of Change
PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
AI isn’t coming for our jobs—it’s coming for our comfort zones. For talent and learning development professionals, the real challenge isn’t just understanding what AI can do—it’s learning how to partner with it. The question is no longer if we’ll adapt, but how we’ll show up in the process: with fear and resistance, or with curiosity and confidence.
Join ATDKC for an expert panel conversation featuring Sheryl, Kevin, Sheena, and special guests as they explore how to navigate personal and professional change in the age of AI. Together, they’ll unpack what it takes to build the mindsets, skills, and strategies that help learning professionals thrive alongside technology—while staying grounded in what makes development deeply human.
Expect candid insights, real-world examples, and practical tools you can apply right away. You’ll leave with renewed clarity and confidence to experiment, lead, and evolve in an AI-driven world.
After all, AI won’t take your job… but someone who knows how to partner with it just might.
