ATD recently rolled out an updated capability model that illustrates what talent development practitioners need to KNOW and DO to develop themselves, others and their organizations. Join two experts from ATD National as they take us on an interactive tour of the new model, skill assessment tool and personalized learning plan. You can expect to learn valuable insight to help yourself, your team and organization.

  • Explore the model - Discover the knowledge and skills that will empower the growth and development of talent development professionals.
  • Assess your skill strengths and gaps for development resources to build your skill set and increase your impact.
  • Build a personalized learning plan.
Holly Batts is associate director of credentialing at ATD, with more than 15 years of experience working in the nonprofit sector. Her background in developing and maintaining certification programs includes mid- to high-stakes assessments, extensive work with organizing SMEs, and a thorough understanding of the certification process.




Morgean Hirt is the Director of Credentialing for the Association for Talent Development, Morgean brings over twenty-five years of nonprofit experience in personnel certification and accreditation across a variety of professions. Morgean has devoted her career to advancing professions through the establishment of industry standards.
