As a committed parent of three, Matt, alongside his wife Claire, takes immense pride in cheering on their children's accomplishments, both on the sports field and in academics. Matt's unwavering commitment to personal and professional development is evident in his academic journey, having completed his undergraduate studies at Colorado State University and earning an MBA with a specialization in Organizational Development from Rockhurst University. Dr. Doug Kueker is a learning and development professional with over 20 years of experience designing and implementing learning programs to meet a wide variety of learning outcomes. Doug is Co-Founder and Director of Innovation at Vivayic, Inc. - a consulting firm specializing in the design and deployment of custom learning solutions that drive performance and amplify organizational impact.
Doug has a PhD in Information Science and Learning Technology from University of Missouri as well as a MS in Education from Purdue and a BS in Agricultural Education from MU. (Go Tigers!)
In his spare time Doug plays kickball, enjoys traveling, teaches online courses at Mizzou, and volunteers with the KC MU Alumni Association.
