Are people really afraid of change?

People are afraid of change.” We’ve all heard that one before. It’s the simplistic answer explaining lack of progress on what matters most. Have you noticed how seldom we claim to be afraid of change ourselves? Maybe no one is actually afraid of change. Maybe we just think they are afraid. Or maybe the problem is we don’t consider what people stand to lose as a result of the change? Mobilizing others on tough challenges often requires us to “speak to loss.” This webinar will help dig into exactly what that means and how it relates to effectively managing change.
