She helped to establish Talent Development efforts at the company in 2015 after working in construction operations for 15 years. With an emphasis on professional development, Emily works to create timely, applicable learning opportunities for all of McCownGordon’s associates - from individual contributors to top executives. Emily is currently pursuing a Masters in Adult Learning and Leadership at K-State Olathe.
