Mike is at the point in his life where he recognizes it is his turn to give back, whether that is at the individual team or organizational level of development. In his official duties, Mike serves as a mentor, coach and trainer for government employees.
Mike has 20+ years of experience in training through his service in the military and federal government.
Mike holds degrees from the Florida State University, Troy University, and the University of Phoenix.
