The Cost of Mentoring Programs: What is the Real ROI?

Mentoring programs can have a great impact on an organization and can be very rewarding. Improved employee engagement, a rich pipeline of talent, and increased production are just a few benefits of implementing a mentoring program. Though there are a number of rewards, the process can be costly and timely. Because of this, organizations will need to determine the impact and ROI of their mentoring programs. Join LaKisha C. Brooks for this engaging webinar as she provides insight on the costs of mentoring programs.

During this presentation, we will discuss:

  • Differences between sponsorship and mentoring in an organization
  • How to implement a successful mentoring program
  • Benefits of informal mentoring programs when formal programs are not an option
  • How to implement a program in a virtual setting
  • Methods to evaluate the impact of mentoring programs
