Building a Shared Vision:
The Five E's for Easier Collaboration

Program Description:

You have great ideas. You have initiatives that would make an impact. And you have plans to put it all in motion. So what's stopping you?

If your ideas and initiatives are hitting a brick wall due to budgetary constraints, being back-burnered as other priorities emerge, or just can't seem to muster executive support, you won't want to miss this workshop! (NOTE: this is a WORKshop, and you'll leave with tools you can use immediately!)

We'll begin with an overview about what it takes to get and sustain others' attention. Next, you'll craft a vision that inspires others and gets them more involved, collaboratively, right from the onset of your initiative. By the time we're done, you'll have a 5-step process that's guaranteed to advance your ideas and break down barriers to seeing them through. It's all wrapped up in a leadership lesson about the leader in you and how to find and use what you've already got.

In this highly interactive workshop, you'll learn:

  • Simple ways to ennoble others and invite diverse perspectives.
  • How to enlist the support of key stakeholders.
  • Why employee engagement is the main ingredient in any successful outcome.
  • About entelechy, the liberation of others' full potential.
  • To unleash yourself and be more emboldened as a leader.
