ATD Capability Development Series & Study Group Kick-off

Session Description:

Is 2022 the year you will be intentional about developing your talent development capabilities, knowledge and skills? Have you thought about ATD credentialing, but want to know more about preparation and value to your career? Join us for a free webinar to learn about the new Capability Development Series and study group launching in May. This six-month program includes classes to build knowledge and skills that talent development practitioners need to KNOW and DO to develop themselves, others, and their organizations. Each class is followed by a focused study group which is an option recommended for those exploring certification. If this is you, join us to find out more!

  • TD practitioners interested in developing a particular capability, knowledge, and skills (see capability model)
  • New professionals in talent development
  • Students exploring talent development roles
  • Managers of the talent development function
  • Organizational leaders seeking to leverage talent development for organizational effectiveness

Learning Objectives for this program:

In this webinar, you will learn:

  • How the Capability Development Series will develop your skills and knowledge in personal, organizational, and professional capabilities, beginning with a free personal skill assessment.
  • Explore what ATD credentialing (CPTD and APTD) entails and how the study groups can help you prepare by hearing from ATD KC members who’ve recently earned certifications.
