This session opens with a clear distinction between Learning & Development and Talent Development—two essential, but often conflated, drivers of organizational growth. Using performance review data as a starting point, we’ll explore how assessments like DiSC can uncover individual gaps, and how coaching, upskilling, leadership development, and succession planning can meet those needs. Most importantly, we’ll embrace the "humanness" of talent development and what people need to feel safe, motivated, and ready to make a difference at every level.
