Learn from One Another

Bring a favorite talent development–related book to exchange with another attendee.  Whether your book focuses on instructional design, leadership, coaching, learning sciences, change management, or another topic from the ATD Capability Model, it could become someone else's next valuable resource.

We are proud to partner once again Connections to Success, an organization that empowers individuals and families to build brighter futures through career development, mentoring, professional attire, and essential resources.

Items Need for Donation

• Professional attire: suits, slacks, dress shirts, ties, belts, dress shoes, accessories
• New essentials: trouser socks, pantyhose (new/unopened only)
• Gift cards: food or gas in any denomination
• Additional needs on the Connections to Success Wish List (No need to order from Amazon—it’s just a guide.) Any amount helps.

Every donation directly supports a neighbor's journey toward professional confidence and financial stability.
