We all hate boring, page-turning eLearning. But are we also guilty of creating it? In this session you’ll learn how to move beyond the basics of eLearning in order to acknowledge your learner as a participate in eLearning, despite its asynchronous nature, and start to engage them in meaningful ways that translate to behavior change. Misty Harding has over 15 years of experience in the Learning and Development space and was among the first in the national to earn her CPLP from ATD. She has worked in many facets of L&D including stand-up facilitation, eLearning design, eLearning development, training management, and has helped with the start up and growth of two custom eLearning development companies, as well as building out instructional design functions for global companies like eBay. She currently leads the instructional design function for eLearning Brothers Custom.
