In this highly stimulating, interactive event, Andi Burgis explores the correlation between the perceptions, beliefs and judgments our work teams have about each other and the results they achieve. Through unique experiential exercises Andi will demonstrate the extent to which a team’s perceptions about their skills, resources, business environment and each other open up or close off possibilities to what it is they want to achieve.  Participants see for themselves the relationship between what a team thinks to be true and the impact on the goals it establishes for its performance.

Value to Members:  This program has a high level of transferability back to work teams.  Participants will leave with specific tools to uncover their own team’s deep-rooted beliefs and effective ways to break out of any limiting beliefs, thus setting goals and objectives aligned with a team’s natural capacities.

Biography:  Andi Burgis has spent 28 years using experiential based training to develop highly functioning work teams through her company, Challenge-U, LLC.  Andi’s work with numerous Fortune 500 and diverse local companies has given her first hand experience to the challenges facing the corporate world in the development of teams and leaders.
