Organizational Change: Why a One-Size-Fits-All Approach Doesn't Fit

Saint Luke's Health System uses a relatively common performance improvement process; however, we often fail to spend enough time in the most important part of that process, leading to confusing failures and unclear successes. Your organization might have this problem as well. Diagnose where your organization needs to spend more time, evaluate the cost of not doing so, and plan your next step for moving toward successful organizational change. Join us as we share lessons from our own change initiative through the lens of our ATD EiP award “Strengths-Based Career Development” program.

Participants will:

  • Identify why many change initiatives (including some of yours!) fail
  • Map the steps of the organizational change process
  • Build the framework for a more successful change initiative within your organization
