Presenter: Robert Henry, PhD Credentialing Program Office, Army University
With his PhD in Adult Education and eLearning, and a graduate degree in Instructional Technology, Dr. Henry is currently an organizations training officer for the Army University. He is responsible for coordinating training efforts within the National Records Center (NRC), developing employee career training plans, and developing comprehensive Development programs for supervisors and employees assigned at the NRC. He is also the NRC Subject Matter Expert (SME) on their new Learning Management System (LMS), and their Performance and Learning Management System (PALMS). He provides education and training advice to NRC leadership, including training and education activities, policies, and strategies.
