Stephen Smith, Ph.D. (Steve)
Steve’s focus is on improving business processes, improving individual capabilities and organizational capacities, and creating work teams that are much more than the sum of their parts.
Steve has 20+ years of experience in corporate training and management consulting.
Steve holds degrees from Boise State University, Utah State University, and Indiana University.
Steve facilitates courses at Baker University, Pitt State University, and the University of Kansas.
Roland M. Edwards, Ed.D. (Mike)
Mike is at the point in his life where he recognizes it is his turn to give back, whether that is at the individual team or organizational level of development. In his official duties, Mike serves as a mentor, coach and trainer for government employees.
Mike has 20+ years of experience in training through his service in the military and federal government.
Mike holds degrees from the Florida State University, Troy University, and the University of Phoenix.
Mike facilitates courses at American Military University.
