Don't Repeat History - Be a Chameleon

Program Description:

As learning and development professionals, we want to be utilized for our full potential during these unprecedented times.

However, if we do not plan out our strategy, we risk the danger of our resources being depleted by corporate cuts, or worse, our learning function depleted altogether. This happened in the late 1990s and early 2000s and can easily happen again.

We need to change HOW we approach our jobs and adapt to this new work environment– just like a chameleon changes color to adapt to its surroundings.

In this session you will learn to:

  1. Transition from a traditional training role to that of a performance consultant
  2. Plug in to your customers and their new needs
  3. Remain visible with non-training approaches
