Join the Metro DC ATD Pod Squad as we walk you through the steps, lessons learned, and opportunities that can help you launch your own podcast! We’ll share practical tips and advice based on our chapter’s successful 2021 Beltway Broadcast podcast launch, from transforming your ideas into an actionable plan you can implement to reach your audience in new ways. Podcasting can play a significant role in sparking personal and professional growth, and you’re just 60 minutes away from unlocking some powerful tools to engage your target audience!

Speaker Information: 

Christina Eanes is on a mission to help others achieve more in life – mainly by getting out of their own way – as an author, speaker, podcast and YouTube channel host, and an array of professional development programs at ChristinaEanes.com. Along with her team, she provides invaluable strategies that lead to better professional and personal relationships, improved communication skills, and, ultimately, increased productivity in accomplishing individual and organizational goals. Before founding her company, Christina spent more than fifteen years of public service with a California police department and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). Christina worked on an array of programs, including the FBI’s Violent Criminal Apprehension Program and the FBI’s Leadership Development Program, where her teams helped train thousands of leaders. She currently serves as the VP of Marketing and Communications for the Metro DC Chapter.

Halyna Hodges is an enthusiastic learning experience designer who enjoys stepping up to new challenges. For the past nine years, she has been designing and delivering training for federal employees. Halyna is always thrilled to give back to her local ATD family and to help Metro DC Chapter grow and flourish. She currently serves as a Metro DC VP of Finance.

Laëtitia Gnago is the founder of Aligned Corporate Experiences. She is a Talent Experience Enhancement Strategist and Alignment Success Architect. She is also an Author, a Leader and a Podcaster. She teaches and coaches professionals on strategic thinking acumen via the skill of Alignment through her platform: Alignment University. Laëtitia started the Ace movement to help our community (re)gain its sense of self with competence and confidence, knowing we all have unique qualities, skills and expertise to share with the world. Laëtitia currently serves as the Metro DC President Elect.

Stephanie Hubka, CPTD wants to live in a world where learning is exciting and inspiring and training is recognized as a natural driver of an organization’s strategy. Responsible for the deployment of more than 100 eLearning courses and numerous live and enduring programs for international audiences, Stephanie’s expertise is in developing training opportunities that both expand learner knowledge and advance an organization’s overall business strategy. As the managing partner at Protos Learning, her work focuses on learning technology; social learning; training design and delivery; needs assessment; evaluation; training standards and CEUs; and LMS selection, deployment, and management.
