Post pandemic we have seen a significant transformation in the workplace and learning and development functions have had to adapt to a shifting landscape to meet new business challenges. With the move to a more remote or hybrid working environment there has also been a shift in the needs and expectations of employees. Many have reflected on their career paths and the lack of personal growth in the pandemic, leading to what some term a ‘mass exodus’ of talent. This has put additional pressure on L&D and talent development teams to find the answers to address these problems.
In this seminar, Learn Amp and ATD Kansas City will discuss how learning and development strategies are evolving, and how they have been challenged and shaped by the global pandemic. Learn Amp will share their insights from what they have seen across their global customer base and how they reacted in adapting their product and roadmap to support their L&D community in attracting, engaging and retaining talent.

As the Chief Commercial Officer at Learn Amp, Joe Hill-Wilson is responsible for Sales and Implementation functions, as well as taking an active role in key partnerships. He was one of the founding members of Learn Amp and prior to that had 15 years of experience in L&D and OD roles, including serving as the Head of L&D for an international business and running a consultancy.
