The Change Exchange

What it Takes to Gain Buy-In

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

Chances are your organization is going through or will soon be faced with a major change initiative. As a learning professional, one of the critical roles you will play in change efforts is to enable buy-in from employees and leaders.

Lack of Buy-In is consistently cited among the top reasons change initiatives fail to achieve their desired outcomes. Join us for an interactive webinar about the “change exchange,” identifying what you will need to give employees and leaders in order to get their buy-in.
